Allan Wong, Operations Manager & Partner
Allan joined Arcon in 2008 and brought with him valuable business and operations expertise. Allan’s responsibility is to ensure that each Arcon project is completed on schedule, on budget and to the customer’s full satisfaction.

Cory Arnott, Construction Manager
Cory has 20 years experience in artificial rockwork, is certified as an ACI Shotcrete Nozzleman and manages all of Arcon’s construction projects and crews.

Rob Spytz, Head Designer
Rob has spent seven years designing all manners of outdoor environments, from swimming pools to landscaped gardens.

Karen Neufeld, Senior Administrator
Karen is Arcon’s office manager and possesses 30 years of experience in administrating and customer relations.
