The first step is to arrange an on-site meeting with an Arcon sales representative. Simply contact us to make arrangements. There is no charge for this initial consultation. Our representative will discuss the project you envision and ask all the necessary questions, making suggestions along the way. Once a scope of work is determined, we will provide you with a quotation and design drawing.

Each and every project is a custom design/build. All factors – including access, degree of difficulty, labour and materials – are taken into account when we price your project. Moreover, once a price is agreed upon, you can be guaranteed that there are no hidden costs.

That depends on a number of factors, including, of course, the scope of the work. If your project requires a permit, it typically takes six to eight weeks to gain approval, though each municipality is different when it comes to timelines. Once construction starts, we adhere to a strict schedule that aims to complete your project in the most time-efficient manner possible, with minimal disturbance to you, your family and your property.

The rockwork requires annual pressure-washing and resealing, the same as with any concrete work. Arcon can provide this service, in addition to maintaining the rest of your outdoor space on a regular basis.
As for swimming pools, Arcon installs state-of-the-art mechanical systems that keep day-to-day maintenance to a minimum. We also offer in-floor cleaning systems and salt-water chlorination systems that will save you time on upkeep. However, a monthly inspection, which Arcon can provide, is advisable to ensure all systems continue to run smoothly.
